Two of the smartest people I’ve ever worked with around ticketing: Greg Loewen (CEO Digonex, Smith Queens School of Business Gold medalist (1st in the class) and HBS Baker Scholar (Top 5%) and John Abbamondi (Top Gun Jetfighter, MIT, Stanford Business and former CEO of BSE- Brooklyn Nets) firmly believe in the principle above.
Greg’s desire is to work with smart customers who appreciate the increased value they earn by growing with Digonex. John’s theory, Season Ticket holders need the best seats at the best price, everything else is fluff.

Fortunately, in sports, the secondary market tells teams where they stand which allows teams to recover in season with added value when variables (often uncontrollable) threaten retention.
