(MLB Wildcard (WC) games aren’t premium events)

MLB WC game one when the opponent and start time isn’t announced until 48 hours before the 1st pitch is often the toughest game to sell.
Dividing the venues into the 3 Tiers (1) entry price ticket, 2) mid range and 3) lower bowl infield/not VIP. Tickets are listed at Box Office rate followed by Secondary value () as @ noon Tuesday.

Game 1:
Houston vs Detroit- 1:30pm start time
$31 ($3) $139 ($35) and $179( $160)
Baltimore vs KC- 4:08pm start time
$77 ($14), $127 ($26), $267 ($118)
Milwaukee vs NY Mets- 3:30pm start time
$35 ($13), $100 ($25), $180 ($101)
San Diego vs Atlanta- 5:30pm start time
$115 ($90), $193 ($156) and Sold out ($522)

The biggest obstacle to selling playoff tickets (particularly the early rounds) is that family and customer schedules get booked more than 3 days in advance which crushes demand for late released schedules and unexpected (often game 6 and 7) events.

In years past, the Bisons granted season ticket holders free playoff tickets to recognize the fall off demand caused by school schedules and the Bills.
