The guidelines aren’t complicated. What is, is that verified tickets and more sellers makes it difficult to control price and has eliminated FOMO..
1) Price the full season below the per game market value.
2) Reward priceless experiences and offers exclusive to members.
3) Be as flexible as the verified secondary market.
The perception or reality of 1), should ensure perfect retention. On the flip, failure to secure 1) without a strong combination of 2) & 3) converts members into game day buyers.
