Traffic, radius reach, weather impact, office hours, and work or family activities all work against the midweek games. I learned today from an AHL executive in the North, that when snow hits midweek (not weekends) ticket value and scan rate dip significantly to offset the earlier alarms required to factor in the next days driving conditions and snow clearing at home.
