Ticket Sales Tip of the Week #107
(If you Dynamic price, ticket exchange and buying back tickets works)

On July 19th , the smartest person I’ve ever worked with Greg Loewen who ran Digonex passed way. Digonex was the first to highlight how dynamic pricing could make live entertainment “more affordable” which is very much the theme behind todays Tip. RIP Greg, humble and calm were on par with your Smarts.

Whether your building is at full capacity or not, dynamically pricing your tickets support capacity and revenue. By applying it to a flexible ticket exchange and offering to buy back members tickets, it highlights membership value and reduces secondary inventory which protects your members ticket value.

Major League Star 1- Joshua Nanavaty VP of TS San Jose Sharks #NHL
With a flexible ticket exchange (apply to any game or section) and a 3 game buyback for members (applied as a renewal deposit) the defending League basement team renewed at 93% and new sales are growing since Josh’s arrival.

Major League Star 2- Warren Parr VP of TS with the Atlanta Falcons NFL
Since working with Don Rovak, the Falcons membership program is recognize as the league gold standard in the NFL lead by a commitment to buy back any or all games during a June window at the members dynamically priced rate.
