(Concessions value impacts ticket sales both ways)
Over the last 4 weeks visiting front offices and events across 6 different sports properties, concessions to sell tickets and retain members is apparent. Whether it’s Happy hour @ the #CFL Hamilton Tiger Cats and Club level @ the #NFL Arizona Cardinals, the Season Ticket holder lounge (really nice) @ #NBA’s Phoenix Suns or the discount menus helping to fill the Upper Bowl @ #ATP National Bank Open and outfield @ #MLB Toronto Blue Jays, concession value or lack of value impacts attendance.

From premium invite events to full series members that include F&B, session inclusive tickets, $5-10 kids meals, daily Happy Hour and a discounted Upper bowl menu, they don’t allow concessions to be a reason not to attend.

In addition to pre-game Happy Hour before every game and a 15% concession discount for members at every game, they also host a members month where coupons and addition concession value is offered to members.
